Job description
About The Role
Motability Operations’ purpose is to deliver smart, sustainable solutions that improve our customers’ mobility in a fast-changing world. As the UK’s largest fleet operator with over 630,000 vehicles on the road, we are subject to a unique set of risks and responsibilities.
An apprenticeship in our Asset Risk department gives you insight into how a large successful company operates, working alongside people who genuinely care about you and your professional development. Our main responsibility is to provide the best possible value to the customer in the most sustainable way, by producing accurate forecasts for the resale value of a leased vehicle and all the associated maintenance and repair costs. To do this, we perform analysis on millions of data points, creating models and metrics to generate insight, and data visualisations to communicate them to the business.
By working with us, you will become a pro at handling data, knowing the appropriate visualisation or model to use and when, and become confident in communicating findings to improve business understanding and decision making. The skills you learn on and off the job will be applied in a live business environment, enabling you to learn quickly and make a real difference at a company with a real purpose.
The Analytics Team are part of a close-knit and sociable Asset Risk department based in London Bridge. We operate a hybrid approach to home and office working and enjoy a great work-life balance.
As an apprentice your studies will complement your work, and we will support you to achieve your potential by providing study leave around your exams and splitting your time 80/20 between work and studying. Additionally, you will be paired up with both a buddy and a mentor.
