Job description
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include;
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with company specifications.
- Running a section of the kitchen ensuring the correct levels of stock are maintained and the cleanliness of the section is to a high standard.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that all requirements are met in relation to Health and Safety and Food Safety.
- Ensuring all food preparation, handling and storage is carried out adhering to company hygiene standards.
- Responsibility for portion control and wastage to ensure gross profits are achieved.

We need you to have a passion for great food, and be confident working in a team and individually, whilst you work towards your apprenticeship.

You should be comfortable working at pace in a sometimes high pressure environment.
Qualifications required
No qualifications required – just a drive to learn and passion for hospitality. You will receive full training on the job alongside your apprenticeship.
