We are now looking for an Apprentice Audiologist to join our team in Exeter on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an Apprentice Audiologist, you will receive expert audiology training to enable you to deliver excellent diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services to patients.
Specifically, you will learn to conduct diagnostic appointments with adults and children, recommending appropriate courses of action on a direct referral basis.
You will also be taught to manage rehabilitative patient caseloads, utilising care plans and assessing adult hearing aid prescriptions and hearing aid systems.
Additionally, once fully trained, you will:
- Travel to locality clinics and conduct occasional domiciliary visits to patients across the area
- Provide supervision and mentoring to audiology trainees
- Monitor stock usage
- Plan and adapt treatment plans and test regimes
To be considered as an Apprentice Audiologist, you will need:
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
- The ability to work as part of an effective team
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
Interviews will be held on 7th July 2023.
