An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator working at our Glasgow office.
Salary: £13,650 per annum.
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday-Friday
This is a great entry level role for a hardworking individual looking to expand in an administration role. The successful apprentice will complete Business & Admin Level 3 through a company called JB Management alongside working within the Glasgow team.
The successful candidate will
- Communicate with clients and tenants via email or telephone regarding having site visits and removals booked in.
- Organise paperwork and electronic files to ensure they are easy to access.
- Manage information on trackers to ensure any information needed is easily found.
- Provide general admin support to all ranging from director to operative.
- Monitor jobs that come in to ensure they are completed within clients SLA’s.
- Report any issues to the correct people.
- Produce paperwork relevant to jobs, also producing invoices to be sent to clients.
- Maintain trackers to ensure they are kept up to date and hold as much information possible.
- Create and develop trackers specific to certain clients.
- Collate and enter exposure records on to central database as required by H+S Department.
- Ensure that Method Statements integrate with Rhodar standard procedures and Risk Assessments.
- Ensure adherence with all fire and emergency procedures.

- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, calm and professional manner.
