To always maintain a professional manner and appearance.
To prioritise the workload to ensure that all tasks are completed within a timely manner, and to prioritise under the direction of the Team Leader.
To provide a high standard of administrative and clerical support, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The job holder will be trained to use the relevant Trust I.T. systems and Patient Administration Systems / Electronic Patient Records (PAS/EPR) to access and retrieve data and update records accurately, under the supervision of the administrators.
To carry out any other duties as required, and appropriate to the level of this post.
To work towards the achievement of a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service within 12 months of commencement
To ensure full responsibility is taken for own learning and development and ensure all objectives are met in a timely manner.
