Job description
Throughout the apprenticeship the post holder will gain experience within the Financial Services Department, including areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Systems and Controls, Cashiers and Technical Financial Services. To assist in the day to day operation of the Finance Services department ensuring the delivery of a consistently high quality service to the Trust To work flexibly as required to meet the needs of the various Financial services Departments To assist in the co-ordination and control of activities within the various Finance Services Teams. To ensure that transactions relating to the Trusts activities are processed in a timely manner. To work flexibly and actively assist in the collection or payment of monies relating to the Trusts Activities To take immediate action in any remedial adjustments required to ensure the accurate financial recording of the Trusts activities As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
