Responsibilities that Make a Difference:
As a Disability Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in assessing individuals making claims. Your compassionate approach, combined with a keen eye for detail, will ensure that all relevant information, including input from healthcare professionals and supporting evidence, is thoroughly reviewed. You'll then use your expertise to craft comprehensive and structured reports, documenting the claimant's medical history, functional impacts on daily living and mobility, current medication, and treatment.
Your assessment reports will be instrumental in supporting the decision-making process, making it essential to provide compelling justifications for your conclusions. By providing insights into the probable timescales of the claimant's health condition or impairment, you'll make a lasting impact on their lives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Valid registration with NMC or HCPC.
