Position: Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (UK)

Job Type: Part-time with a view to moving full-time after a successful trial period

Role Overview: As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our business development process. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential service based business owners within the UK. Through engaging conversations and a deep understanding of our services, you will spark interest, establish rapport, and schedule appointments for our expert sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads within the specified regions.
  • Introduce 1CL’s services and value proposition clearly and compellingly.
  • Identify client needs and pain points to tailor your approach and messaging effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of appointments.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanour.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology services and Google Ads is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
