About The Role
As an Appointment Booking Administrator you will be the point of contact for scheduling regional nursing teams and other departments for all enquiries relating to patient appointment bookings. An integral part of the role is contacting patients by telephone to book appointments. You will also be recording details of contact attempts, confirmed and declined visits and other key information in relevant systems including escalating any service issues, complaints and incidents to Scheduling Manager, assisting in any investigations and resolution.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working in a fast paced environment where you have managed shifting priorities. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written with an ability to be calm in challenging situations. You will also need to be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and have strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage your workload.About Us
