We have an exciting opportunity to grow our Indoor Sales Team here at The Delivery Group. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The purpose of the role within the Indoor Sales Team is to support our New Business Team. The candidate would be responsible for sourcing ecommerce leads through online platforms, calling businesses and introducing The Delivery Group, the candidate will profile a company in order to understand if TDG can offer a suitable solution for their postage needs, if the answer is yes, you would book an appointment for our Business Development Managers to attend.
Ideally the candidate would have the ability to achieve a dial out rate of 60-70 calls per shift. The ability to generate appointments would be preferred however not essential as full training will be given.
Full training will be given by the Indoor Sales Manager with regular coaching and development.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Achieve the individual appointment targets as set by the Indoor Sales Manager
- Working with both lead data and CRM (Salesforce) data to achieve the weekly call target
- Updating CRM (Salesforce)
- Diary management
- Working directly with TDG BM team to achieve new business target.
Who we’re looking for
- Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal
- Must have the ability to source their own leads
- A motivated self-starter
- Be ambitious and confident
- Quick and eager learner
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is desired but not essential
- Personable and polite and adaptable to change
- Must be able to work alone, structure your own day and work to KPI’s and targets

£22-23.5K per annum dependant on experience (£29k OTE)
Capped Bonus = £250 per month
Uncapped Commission = Available
Performance based incentives including working from home up to 2 days per week.
