Appointment Booker – Hybrid in Stevenage
Are you fed up with long hours 40 hours weeks or working weekend shifts? Are you looking for the next great move in your career? Then come join us as an Appointment Booker within our friendly team based in Stevenage!
Work life balance is important, so this role is just 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm! Once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become hybrid, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.
We have qualified Mental Health Ambassadors onsite for anyone who needs a chat. So, what does the role of an Appointment Booker here involve?
· Providing great customer service to new customers over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
· You will take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team .
· You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team KPI’s and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
