Job description

Location: Hybrid: Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 with hybrid working
Salary: A benchmarked salary of £22,900 per annum (depending on level)
Role duration: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for someone to provide emotional and practical support and information across different channels, capable of breaking down complex, scientific information in an accessible and personalised way and passionate about developing pioneering resources to support our community in smarter ways.

You will need:

  • Background experience or knowledge in a supporter, help line, health care, science or psychology related role
  • Knowledge of health, the human brain, cancer or brain tumours
  • Proven emotional support skills and the ability to inspire and give hope
