Teaching Support Assistant – Inclusive Learning
Location: Chaffron Way Campus, Milton Keynes
Hours: 22 hours per week
Contract: Term time only (36 weeks per year)

Salary: Up to approx. £13,050 pro rata (£20,750 FTE)
Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards
Reporting To: Head of School

Perhaps you are an experienced Teaching Support Assistant looking for a change of setting or location?
As a Teaching Support Assistant in our Inclusive Learning team, you will understand the needs of individuals with Learning difficulties and disabilities. We are particularly looking for experience working with young people with a range of different SEND along with experience of working with parents/carers to support student welfare and achievement.
The Inclusive Learning team are committed to developing our students to achieve their highest potential through their chosen subject, whilst learning invaluable skills to support them in their future. The team challenge our students to be themselves — creative, imaginative, and fantastic individuals. Their shared goal is for each student to leave the College with the tools to progress and to get the best out of their future lives.
