Care Assistant Twilight Shifts Part Time - Belmont House Nursing Home in Stocksbridge, near Sheffield, Part of The Country Court Family
Hours:12 or 16 Hours per week available, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 1900 - 2300)
Belmont House Nursing Home is situated in Stocksbridge & offers compassionate family-led nursing, residential and dementia care. Led by Joanne the Manager, the staff create a safe and warm friendly atmosphere

ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE
Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping our residents with personal support and care
- Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
- Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met
ABOUT YOU

- Be no stranger to working night shifts
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have good written & verbal communication skills
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
