Employment: Fixed Term Contract - June 2025
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – Maid Marian Way (Base) with frequent travel across the East Midlands
Salary: £23,750 - £26,500 (Grade 4) - pro-rata for part time

What are we looking for:
Futures have a new, exciting opportunity for a Learning support Assistant to work across our Skills Division.
This role plays an important part in supporting our learners to achieve their learning goals and you will you will work closely with the curriculum delivery team to provide additional support to learners, either through additional learning support funding or signposting to specialist services.
Working alongside the team, you will ensure that all learners receive high quality advice and a positive onboarding and enrolment experience You will also be responsible for developing personalised learning plans to support their progress and personal learning goals.
Essential Requirements
- This will require frequent travel across the East Midlands. A full, clean drivers’ licence is desirable.
- There is a requirement to pass an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check and Vero online/social media screening.
