Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Applications Engineer with a strong background in Application C++ programming and C embedded development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing software modules and systems in accordance with software specifications and industry design guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software modules and systems using C++ programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements and define project scope.
- Create and maintain software specifications and documentation.
- Implement software solutions in accordance with design guidelines and industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of software modules to ensure functionality and quality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software components with embedded systems.
- Identify and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in software engineering and embedded systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in C++ programming and software development.
- Familiarity with embedded systems development and C embedded development.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
- Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with general industry design guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
