Location: Remote working, with regular travel to Head Office, Coalville.

NRS Healthcare provides a wide range of healthcare services for the NHS and other clients across the UK. To support the ambitions of the company and to provide the best services to clients the NRS technology team is growing. The team is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst.

This critical role bridges the gap between 1st / 2nd line support and the software engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the optimisation of the support provided to our external and internal customers across a wide range of technology services.

What we look for in an Application Support Analyst

Essential

· An ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions to an audience with a wide range of technical ability

· A strong analytical / problem solving ability

· Proven triage capabilities to determine the nature and cause of issues and customer concerns

· Ability to prioritise based on risk and impact

· Good interpersonal skills

· Proven experience of supporting a wide range of technologies

· Experience of working with a ticketing system

· Self-motivated

Desirable

· Experience of working in multi-discipline Agile teams

· ITIL

· Application performance monitoring

· MS PowerBi/SSRS

Technologies

· MS SQL Server

· Microsoft .NET

· Confluence / JIRA
