Job description
This role is currently 3 days per week in London based office! Our client are leaders in the provision of niche software to the investment banking community, supplying software to investment banks, hedge fund managers and fintechs. Their software has won numerous accolades for innovation and they continue to make great strides in the provision of robust solutions. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for an Application Support Analysts with at least 3 years' application support experience working in a role supporting an IT application. Your experience will encompass the following:
- 3+ years' Application Support Experience
- Good communicator
- Flexible, patient and customer focused
Desirable:
- Banking background: bank, building society or challenger bank or
- Fintech
- Experience of mortgages or loans or savings projects or operations background
