Our Advertising Platforms are a set of technologies that enable thriving ecosystems for Apple’s content partners: we help publishers and developers to earn money for the work that they produce, and we help consumers to discover amazing content that iOS developers are creating for their iPhone and iPad. Apple Search Ads in the App Store, an easy, efficient and incredibly fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developer. Role Summary: The Apple Services Academy is a 12 month entry-level program starting in September 2023. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed. You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work. You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging. We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience.

Description
Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Apple Search Ads Partner Development team with: -Partner with the Client Partners and Platform Specialists to deliver insights to our customers (App developers) to help them hit their goals. -Use data and insights to uncover opportunities and make recommendations to clients on how to get the most out of the Apple Search Ads platform and contribute to the revenue growth of our team. -Build out an understanding of the App advertising ecosystem and the many categories within it to help make recommendations and influence team strategy. -Support planning and execution of new initiatives to improve internal and external processes and drive business results.

Additional Requirements
- Able to complete the full program (12 months), starting Sep 2023.
- Must currently have the right to live and work in the UK.
- There are 12 UK roles in total (across numerous teams) based in our London offices.
- We are able to support with relocation from within the UK if needed.
- This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
