Your Role:
As our Repair Technician, every day will be a unique blend of challenges and learning experiences. You will:
- Perform pre & post diagnostics of devices
- Update the repair system and track its progress
- Communicate with clients regarding their repairs
- Repair devices according to our strict SLAs
- Provide innovative solutions to tech issues
- Administer repair cases
- Maintain high standards in your output and meet agreed deadlines
- Be a proactive and vital member of our team
Skills and Experience:
We're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in device repair,
- MacBook repair experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with working under a microscope is beneficial, but not necessary
- Ability to read a schematic, understanding of electronics is beneficial
- A professional and well-presented individual
- An individual who is eager to learn and has a genuine passion for technology
Location & Considerations:
You should live within 1 hour regular commuting distance to Central London. We believe in maintaining a healthy work/life balance, and a long commute isn't conducive to that. Full eligibility to work in the UK is required as there is no work permit visa available. This role is office-based, working at a desk using a computer & repair tools, and there is no work from home option.

Salary Range: £22,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
