Apartment Block Cleaner/Caretaker Manchester, England
Job description
We have 2 part time vacancy for a Caretaker/Cleaner working in a residential apartment blocks. Hours will be discussed at interview but there will be one 6am start per week.
Duties include:
Cleaning the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks (including - vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, skirting board cleaning and dusting, plus other cleaning tasks)
Cleaning stairwells - sweeping, mopping and skirting board cleaning
Litter picking the grounds and carparks
Waste Management – putting large sized bins put out for collection, keeping internal and external bin stores clean and tidy.
Changing lightbulbs
Taking meter readings
Liaising with residents as necessary
Minor repairs and other jobs as deemed necessary and suitable.
Candidates must be able to work without supervision, so must be proactive, have an eye for attention to detail, be trustworthy and friendly.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
