We are currently recruiting for several Accounts Payable Clerks to ensure suppliers are paid within GXO payment terms as well as other GXO Reporting requirements. Maintaining supplier account balances including invoice/credit processing, you will be communicating with suppliers’ accounting representatives to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, contractors and other business partners.
Contracted from our head office in Northampton, we’re happy to consider a level of remote/home working for this role. This is predominantly Monday to Friday, Covering the hours of 08:00- 16:00 however this is logistics, so some flexibility is required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Monitor and review the outstanding supplier invoices in Coupa- To reconcile supplier statements for PO suppliers and update team leaders regarding GRNI status of PO’s that can be released
- Support with queries from various functions within the business, helping to resolve issues or escalate more complicated cases
- To ensure all practices are SOX compliant
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Knowledge of the supplier invoice matching process for PO invoices, consolidated and non PO invoices- Previous experience of the Coupa platform beneficial (full training will be provided)
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident and highly motivated with excellent team work ethic
