Job description

As the successful candidate, you will be providing support to Defence Primary HealthCare (DPHC) in delivery of a safe and effective primary healthcare service within the firm base at the regional level to enhance and sustain the operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for all administrative procedures within the Medical Centre, providing a welcoming and efficient service to all Patients at Risk (PAR).

As our chosen candidate you will be supporting Regional Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) Catterick in delivery of a safe and effective primary healthcare service within the firm base at the regional level in order to enhance and sustain the operational effectiveness.

Person specification

The main responsibilities include but are note limited to:

  • Supporting the Officer in Command/2iC (Second in Command) in the daily administrative running of the unit

  • Implementing new policies, procedures and priorities set by higher management.

  • Regularly cleansing patient identifiable information from electronic share drive and filing cabinets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Maintaining the electronic SharePoint in line with electronic filing and regular cleansing of out of date files
