We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our ASB Team in an administrative support role. This is a Job Share post and is for 18.5 hours per week.


You will provide a high-quality administration service to the ASB Manager and wider team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and administrative skills, who can work on their own with minimum supervision. You also will be involved in providing advice and assistance on systems which support key functions for Derby Homes.


The role will also include:

  • Managing and organising meetings.
  • Providing a high-quality minute taking service as directed.
  • Collating data and accurately maintaining records and reports relevant to the ASB Service and other corporate processes.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to processing confidential sensitive information data accurately, and in a timely fashion.
