Job description
Following recent expansion and with a growing list size, we are in a position to develop our well respected, established and dynamic team. Integration of various team members, including Doctors, Nurses, Advance Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics allows us all to work to the highest level of our ability. Administrative staff are trained to reduce unnecessary clinician workload. We encourage close communication and peer support between team members, avoiding feeling isolated. There is a weekly, clinical team meeting, facilitated by the GP partners, to provide the opportunity to discuss cases and to catch up. We have an excellent appreciation for a healthy work life balance, understanding happy clinicians are better clinicians. As such we offer a highly flexible working package and timings, allowing you to manage your workload in a manner that suits your needs. We are looking for someone to help us develop the practice further over the coming years, especially as we move into new build premises. • £47,000 per year pro rata (Indemnity paid) • Annual leave dependent on NHS service • Easy motorway access • EMIS web • Funding for training and education to develop individual and practice interests
