SHERSTON BOARDING KENNELS are looking for a additional Kennel Assistant to join our team!
We are a 5* Wiltshire Council rated Boarding Kennels and we are looking for an additional team member. We offer boarding facility of a high standard so attention to detail with high standards of cleaning. The successful candidate will need to have a happy and enthusiastic disposition, a good team player and be confident to talk to owners about their pets.
Pay is dependent on age and experience.
Hours 7.30am - 10am and 1pm - 5 pm
approx 15/20 hours per week - flexible
You must be prepared to work weekends on a shift pattern
A genuine love of dogs is essential
successful candidate will ideally have their Animal Care qualifications but not essential as full training will be given
Cleaning kennels to a very high standard will be required
Ability to walk big strong dogs
Reliability and punctuality are absolutely essential
must be used to handling dogs of all sizes and confident around them.
you will be working with our already experienced Boarding Kennels team so we are looking for someone who is a good team player
you must be willing to work in all weathers.
you must be able to commute to us in Sherston.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
