Job Title: Senior Analyst - International Valuation Location: London Role Purpose: The candidate will work within the International Valuation team based in London primarily providing financial appraisal support on pan-European Real Estate Valuation and Advisory mandates. This role would be a key appointment to the team, benefiting from the opportunity for variety in terms of instruction types and geographies covered. Reporting to the head of the team, the role offers wide ranging client exposure and responsibility, together with excellent career prospects. International Valuation: CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate services. CBRE's International Valuation & Advisory team based in London employs a total of 55 experienced real estate specialists. The team currently manages 160 cross-border fund valuation mandates with an aggregate value of approximately €150 billion. Person Specification/Requirements Supporting the delivery of key valuation mandates on a regular basis Responsible for analysing market and valuation data Helping with the development of CBRE's valuation analytics platform Developing and managing complex cash flow models in Excel Analysing macro and property market data and collating quarterly pan-European market presentations for clients Helping with ad-hoc advisory projects Skills & abilities Advanced Excel skills required Experience with business analytics software such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable, but not essential Excellent numerical and cash flow modelling skills Strong financial acumen and understanding Experience with Argus Enterprise is desirable, but not essential Qualifications & experience Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or other related degree CFA or other relevant professional qualification preferred Property market experience is desirable but not essential Character & personal qualities Sociable and engaging Highly motivated and someone who takes the initiative Willing to learn quickly WORKING AT CBRE When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
