You will work alongside a talented team of Service Designers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and Quality Engineers to shape, test and validate new products and services that there to create a better experience for our 20,000 Deloitte employees. You will deeply connect with the needs of our employees and business. Your approach will be agile and iterative, using Design Thinking to facilitate innovation and identify opportunities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Service Designer and Product Owner to understand the business requirements and research objectives to determine the type, size and scope of user research activity
  • Gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative about our users from research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability studies, diary studies and ethnographic observations
  • Gathering and analysing data around external trends and projections
  • Collating analysing data around business metrics, business needs and strategic objectives
  • Interpreting insights into potential concept and design opportunities
  • Creating deliverables, reports and/or presentations to bring to life insights in an engaging and inspiring way
