Preparation of internal investment committee materials and external client presentations on new deals and topics related to investment management workstreams.
Liaison and coordination with internal LaSalle departments and external counterparties (e.g. operating partners, due diligence advisors etc) on both new deal execution and investment management workstreams.
Provision of support to the Team and other internal LaSalle departments on investment management workstreams pertaining to existing AUM under the Team’s remit (including financial modelling, buy/hold/sell analysis, reporting, financing processes and performance monitoring).
