Job description
We are currently hiring for a talent analyst for one of our clients based near Bromley.
You will ideally have come from a recruitment background and have experience in data analysis and reporting.
The role involves regular contact with senior individuals with a blend of quant work (e.g. data analysis to diagnose needs) and qualitative work (e.g. devising and implementing solutions to those needs).
Job responsibilities and personal
- Managing a CRM / ATS system ensuring all data is entered, captured and reported correctly.
- Creating excel reports / powerpoint presentations to reflect data analysis found
- Project management - able to prioritise tasks to achieve milestones/timelines, identify resources appropriately; track, monitor and communicate
- Producing reports for senior leaders
- Strategic thinking - able to detect and understand broader issues and patterns
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Logical thinker
- Excellent IT skills required
