Your Opportunity
The Visualization Analyst will be part of the F&I team at AutoCanada. Reporting to the Manager, Data & Analytics you will be joining a highly collaborative and effective team where your input will be valued, and your work will be impactful. Communication and organization skills are key for this position, along with a problem-solving attitude. Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-performance data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and provide ad hoc reporting using Tableau.- Drive best practices for data visualization and help ensure that standards are being met.
- Extract data from an Azure data warehouse (SQL) into Tableau.
- Upload, schedule and put into production Tableau visualizations.
- Validate that visualizations perform as expected in an operational setting.
- Test visualizations with users.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Related post-secondary education and industry certification.- Minimum two (2) years of experience of developing in a BI software, preferably Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying SQL databases.
- Proficiency with all areas of Tableau: Dashboards, Reports, Scheduling, Publishing and Connecting to data.
- Coding and Programing skills an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communications skills.
- Well-developed problem solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
