Amazon Administrative We are looking to bring someone in, in our new part-time job opening for the role of becoming our Amazon Admin at Creative Conceptions. You will be joining a highly successful manufacturer and distributor in a fast-growing market. You will be responsible for ensuring stock levels are correctly maintained and tracked, creating, and ensuring paperwork is correct for European orders, liaising with our warehouse team to push orders through to them, amongst creating required reports for the Amazon team when required.There is a path of progression within the business here at Creative Conceptions. Whether you're looking to expand your administrative skills, take on more responsibilities, or explore additional roles within our organisation, we're here to support your professional growth at Creative Conceptions.The salary for this role is £13,800 per annum and workdays are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the co-working space at TUS PARK Newcastle (2/3-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station).The Role:Collating orders Amazon have placed and processing these on our Intact stock management system so our warehouse can pick, pack, & ship orders into Amazon Fulfilment Centres.Creating shipments on various courier platforms such as ParcelHub, DHL, UPS etc.Responsible for ensuring our Amazon orders are smoothly entering Amazon fulfilment centres within EU regions, by ensuring paperwork is correct to clear customs quickly.Creating adhoc reports to collect valuable data for us to present back to the reputable brands we represent.Reviewing stock levels and creating shipments to ensure we don’t run out of stock.Tracking stock movements going into Amazon to ensure we’re displaying the correct stock levels to the rest of the company.Claiming back money from Amazon that they have incorrectly charged us.Liaising with our QA department to collect required documents and provide these to Amazon at their request.Uploading new products onto Amazon via bulk uploads.Creating Amazon A+ Content for our branded productsSkills Required:Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with both the staff in the Newcastle office and the team down in Nottingham, as well as couriers / brokers / on calls.Organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.The ability to adapt and react when errors are made.Experience in a previous admin role.A great work ethic and willingness to learn.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Good skills in Excel.Ideal experience:Previous experience with stock management.Previous experience of dealing with cross-border fulfilments.Experience with selling on the Amazon marketplace or other 3rd party sales marketplace.Experience in the financial side and reconciliation of Amazon through FBA and / or Vendor Central.Experience in setting up products on Amazon.An understanding of SEO.Job Types: Part-time, Permanent (Mon - Wed)Job Types: Permanent, Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: From £13,800.00 per yearWork Location: In person
