My client is one of Europe's biggest media agencies and this role sits within the specialist e-commerce arm, providing clients with end-to-end support across all of their digital retail channels. Job Description
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage their more established client's seller/vendor central accounts on a daily basis.
- Brainstorm ideas, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for expanding client accounts.
- Manage the implementation of these strategies, demonstrating best-in-class Amazon practises such as catalogue enhancements, promotional activities, inventory management, and international expansion, and applying these across a variety of marketplaces.
- Analyse data from Amazon and other marketplaces to report on client progress, test the efficacy of your strategies, and iterate on new experiments or ideas based on the data.
- Extract and create category-level insights for use with clients across the organisation.
- Communicate account performance and progress towards objectives to stakeholders within the customer's business.
- Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision makers in order to form long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will require the following skills:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up where cross-functional teamwork and initiative are required
- Strong operational understanding of the Amazon retail platform (Vendor, Seller or both)
- Understanding Amazon PPC Advertising and developing high-level advertising strategies
- Strong project management and organisational abilities are required.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation abilities
- Experience in a client-facing role and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders are required.
- Strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to translate them into commercial strategies
