Precision Fabrications Andover are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aluminium Fabrication based role.

You should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of Aluminium Systems. You will be responsible for all Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames.

Training will be provided on all aspects of what we do and how we operate.

Job Overview:

To assist the manufacturing team in all aspects of Fabrication of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Curtain Walling in line with the company's production schedule.

Job Description:

• Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Walling systems.
• To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
• Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill and CNC machine.
• Assisting with incoming goods deliveries
• To ensure all Internal Maintenance and cleaning duties are performed daily and reporting all maintenance issues to Line Manager
• Provide Quality Control Inspections on all finished projects & deliveries.

The candidate should:

• You should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of Aluminium Systems
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aluminium Fabrication based role (Preferred)
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
• Be driven to achieve objectives, regardless of problems.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
• Achieve team objectives.
• Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed in a timely and organised manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: Up to £31,200.00 per year
