Arden University is a growing organisation delivering online only and blended study options to students studying towards undergraduate degrees and master’s and MBA programmes. We have study centres in numerous locations across the UK, as well as a centre in Berlin, and a head office based in Coventry.
The Role
This is a freelance role delivering remotely.
You will be teaching Arden University distance learning students by utilising a range of innovative learning materials and resources. Arden currently has opportunities in the School of Human Resource Management.
Being experienced at teaching students at level 7 in HRM and supervising dissertations within the UK HE-sector, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver a student-centred teaching approach.
Ideally you will have a teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
In addition, you will hold at least a master’s degree (preferably a PhD or working towards a PhD) in a relevant discipline and possess industry experience.
Demonstrable industry experience will enhance your application as well as CIPD membership. You will have both teaching, learning and marking and assessment responsibilities as well as module leadership duties (as and when required), including module content development responsibility.
