We are looking for an experienced Airport Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an Airline, including managing staff and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. The Airport Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Airline system knowledge of Altea is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the airport and its staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for airport operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide customer service support to passengers and staff.
- Maintain records of all airport activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £48,000.00-£54,600.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London / Gatwick Airport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
