Requirements:

• Great communication and business writing skills
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, – Please no resumes in Word)
• Adobe CC Suite Knowledge (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational Skills

Responsibilities

• Staying organized
• Creating/Adjusting layouts
• Working with Clients to get the job approved for print
• Communicating with customers over the phone, via email and at times in person
• Preparing files for print
• Managing the jobs you have to ensure each deadline is met

Qualifications

Should have training or advanced knowledge of Adobe software and a basic understanding of print. We will provide ongoing onsite training. We’re really looking for a person with the right attitude and personality.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
