Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Aviation Sales Manager to join our professional team in London-Hammersmith Office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a multi-airline portfolio, agreeing a strategic plan and achieving revenue targets in-line with our client expectations. You will work closely with the executive team to set sales targets, develop pricing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Work with the wider aviation sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and profitability
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the executive team
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Organise and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, road-shows and functions
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, and UK trade contacts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio and ability to lead an account team when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyse results to improve operation methods and processes
- Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and also in prioritizing which initiatives / actions will have the greatest business impact
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, other languages are a plus
- Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
