Responsible for monitoring air cargo logistics business processes, and assisting Cargo Station Mananger to maintain and manage the safe operation of freighters, including:

1)Working as Freighter Duty Manager in the coordination of daily freighter operations and on-site flight turnaround (requires access to the Stansted ramp) .

2) Providing customers with after-sales service of caroo transportation including handing of abnormal transportation,communication and coordination of external stations and acceptance of complaints and claims.

3)Daily supervision and management of each freight ground agent/sales agent.

4)Participate in the formulation, montoring and optimization of the inbound and outbound cargo transportation process.
