Aircraft Mechanic - BHX/EMA

Ryanair and our Engineering partners are inviting applications for an Aircraft Mechanic Roamer to be based at either Birmingham Airport or East Midlands Airport. The Roamer position will cover Annual leave, Training and any other cover across our Line Stations in Birmingham and East Midlands.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with existing line experience, who is able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.
Duties include:
- Assist our team of skilled engineers with routine daily maintenance tasks up to and including the scope of line/base approval
- Perform base maintenance tasks on all Ryanair aircraft to the highest standard ensuring on time performance
- AOG support in European Outstations upon request.
- Carrying out special requests for aircraft defects
- Upkeep of the base adhering to EASA Part 145 regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Boeing 737-NG (or similar) Line Maintenance experience
- Must have full UK Driving Licence (Clean)
- Self-motivated individual who can work without direct supervision.
- Line experienced
- Flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work and travel within the EU
