SAI are now expanding its in house manufacturing capabilities & are currently keen to recruit Aircraft Interior Prep and Polisher.
Job Summary: Responsibilities and duties.
- Good background in auto body repair and paint or similar training
- Experience with aircraft paint and finish techniques
- Flat and curved panel preparation, masking and flat polishing to exceptional quality
- Experience with Fiberglas and composite fill and finish
- Identifying materials and tooling required for specific tasks.
- Ensure Health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
Qualification and Skills:
- Proven experience within the Aircraft interiors sector.
- Proven skills in a related business sector..
- Ability to understand and work from Engineering drawings
- Ability to take, understand and follow verbal direction.
- Be able to manage day to day workload unsupervised.
- Must have a “hands on, can do attitude”.
Salary:- £18 / hr DOE
