Airbnb Property Manager Reading, England
Job description
Hostly is a small UK-based Airbnb Management Company, who are looking to expand our small team.
We currently manage 31 properties in the Reading and Slough area and are looking for a property manager to oversee the upkeep, liaising with our contractors to ensure all our properties are fit and healthy for our many guests!
This is a great role for someone who is ‘house proud’, likes to have a degree of autonomy in their work, and enjoys some flexibility in their timetable.
What you will be doing:
- Regularly visiting properties and ensuring they are up to standard
- Logging all maintenance issues on our ‘Property issues’ list, on Asana
- Regular distribution of items across the properties
- Liaising with trade professionals to fix any issues as and when they arise
- Performing basic fixes where appropriate
- On-the-ground coordination of temp staff & handymen for the set up of new properties (the properties we take on come unfurnished, then we fully furnish and decorate!)
- Managing relationships with medium & long term occupants
- Performing property viewings, for our long term guests / tenants

- You will be attentive to detail, and ‘tech literate’
- You will be a natural project manager, who is highly organised
- You will take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high personal standard
- You will drive and own a car with a full UK Licence
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Property management experience
