Hello, we are WeissAngels a professional cleaning company with commercial clients across Bournemouth and Ringwood.

Our Airbnb Division is looking for exceptional cleaners to join our team, specifically around Charminster (Bournemouth), Westcliff (Bournemouth) and St Leonards (Ringwood).

Our Airbnb Division is responsible for cleaning and house preparation. As they are one of our key accounts speed, reliability and attention to detail are absolutely paramount. We have multiple, high end properties across the area.

We provide all the necessary equipment - all you need to do is turn up!

You will be responsible for preparing the property for the next set of guests.

· These are premium properties where guests expect the highest standards, so attention to detail is extremely important.

· Cleaning holiday homes/Airbnb’s allocated to you: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, changing linen and making fresh beds, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, in a fast-paced manner.

· Other duties will be to report any issues found to the maintenance team (light switches, anything broken…).

· Clear communication to management/supervisory team.

· To ensure company standards and Health & Safety procedures are always upheld.

· To remain polite and professional with colleagues and clients.

· Our standard is extremely high and the house would need to be left sparkling.

In terms of shifts:

• 4 hour of work per shift, from 10.00 or 10:15 to 14.00 or 14:15 working alone (most of the time).
• Sunday shift is a requirement, as well as any days of the week specifically during children holidays, Sundays and bank holidays, depending on bookings.
• Bookings are taken most often weeks, or even months in advance, but occasionally there would be cleans that are required with a couple of days notice.
• Rota/shifts available will be advertised every Friday internally between the team members, and are not compulsory for you to take.
• We cannot guarantee hours, but the high season is starting and from experience between 2 to 3 shifts per house need to be done, and you may be able to cover several houses depending if you have a car and can drive from one property to the other one. To be discussed.
• Sunday shift is nearly guaranteed, the ones able to take sunday shifts will get weekly shifts as well (between 1 to 2 during high season).

Requirements:

• Applicants must be flexible, punctual, reliable and have good attention to detail.
• Able to work either unsupervised or part of a team.
• Candidates must have good communication skills, punctual and have a positive attitude.
• Uphold company's cleaning high standards at all times and ensuring covid-19 safety measures are upheld.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• I.D & Proof of UK address.
• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• You must be able to drive and have you own car if you are not close to the B&B houses.

Other aspects:

• Job Types: Part-time or self-employed – 6 months fixed contract with possibilities to renew and evolved to a permanent position.
• Training will be provided accordingly.
• Salary: £12.0 - £12.5 per hour.
• Performance bonus every 6 months (could be equivalent of one month of salary in the best case).
• On-site free parking.
