Job description
Host360 and Clifton Short Lets (known collectively as Quarter Short Lets) manage a variety of residential properties all over Bristol, ranging from urban apartments to country cottages. We are offering a dynamic role where no two days are the same! Our friendly in-house cleaning team are at the heart of what we do. We encourage our teams independence as they work across the city, and we are committed to offering flexible hours that work around you. Snacks and refreshments are also provided to keep you going through the day.
We are looking for Cleaners to join the team and help ensure that the short lets and Airbnb properties that we manage look great all the time! £100 signing on bonus if you have a contract of more than 20 hours per week!
Please note that, if you are a driver, there would be scope to drive our small Renault Kangoo van or your own vehicle (where mileage would be paid) to get around properties. Non-drivers are also welcome to apply.
No experience is required, as we provide full training, but some evidence of a similar job (hands on, physical) would be preferred.
Details of the Airbnb Cleaning role:
- Hourly rate: £11.75 per hour plus 45p mileage for drivers
- Travel time between properties and parking expenses are also paid
- Available contracts range from part time (either 16 hours per week or 20 hours per week) up to full time (35 hours per week) - let us know in your application how many hours per week you're looking for and we can arrange a contract to suit us both!
- We usually operate between 9am-5pm Monday to Sunday, but we could be flexible with evening hours too
- Fixed working days may be offered but most team members are required to work at least one weekend day regularly

Responsibilities of our Airbnb Cleaning team members:
- Cleaning properties as assigned on the rota
- Restocking kitchen and bathroom supplies (tea, coffee, shampoo etc)
- Reporting any property maintenance issues to the manager
- Checking for extra tasks required at the property that day and carrying them out
Our ideal candidate:
- Works well independently and unsupervised
- Is flexible to the last minute changes that can happen in a hospitality role
- Will communicate well with the team
- Has great attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not required
