An opportunity has arisen for a experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator to support the West Yorkshire Allied Health Professional (AHP) Faculty, hosted within Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust.
The role includes administrative support to the West Yorkshire AHP Faculty. The AHP Faculty provides a system wide, structured approach towards addressing workforce and education challenges and supports organisations and partners across the West Yorkshire Integrated Care System. The team supports and advocates for flexible working. The role will be predominantly working from home.
You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the West Yorkshire AHP Faculty under the direction and guidance of the AHP Faculty Leads, supported by an agreed Job Plan.
This role depends on the post holder having good communication skills. They will communicate with all grades of staff and external agencies including NHS Trusts, organisations and University sector. They will need to demonstrate:

The post holder will work across the nine organisations across West Yorkshire, so will need to be skilled in communicating with a range of staff at varying levels both within the organisation and with external staff.
The post holder will organise training events, meeting schedules and other events as required. They will manage their own diaries. They will organise meetings involving senior staff, and leads from external agencies, representatives for other agencies, and clinical staff. The post holder will be required to take minutes of meetings.
