Based in Attleborough, Banham Poultry is one of the fastest growing business in Boparan (which also owns 2 Sisters Food Group) and is one of the largest employers in Norfolk. We are committed to providing the highest quality chicken and supply many of the UK’s leading retailers, restaurants and wholesalers. We are expanding our team and are now looking for a talented person to be part of our success.
We need an Agriculture Planning Assistant to support the Supply Chain team in bringing the right number chickens from the farm to site so that we can deliver for our customers.

Day to day you’ll be:
· Dealing with internal customers to ensure requirements are met by farms
· Assisting with preparing daily and weekly programmes
· Coordinating agency, farm managers and transport to deliver to site on time
· Maintaining databases and other files to ensure accurate data for planning
· Working with the Supply Chain, Farm and Operational teams to resolve day to day issues
To be the ideal candidate you would be:
· Able to understand data and take a methodical approach to your work
· A good communicator and naturally good at building positive working relationships
· Able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
· Comfortable Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate level)
· A background in a similar role in other businesses and industries
· Looking to learn and develop your career either in supply chain or operational planning
