We are proud to be supporting our client in the recruitment of summer harvest workers at their Syngenta UK wheat breeding station, located in Whittlesford, Cambridge.

Working in their Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work in variety of different roles assisting with tasks such as weeding, manual pollination of plants, harvesting and seed processing activities.

Full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities

• Reliable, with attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
• Flexible approach will be required to work variable hours
• (including weekends/evening shifts during critical time
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all conditions (appropriate PPE will be provided).
• Will also have to be reasonably fit due to practical and manual handling requirements
• Able to perform repetitive tasks across consecutive days with the same level of attention to detail
• Be self driven and proactive and willing to work within a team

Pay:

£11.00 Per Hour

Hours:

06.00 to finish – generally 8 hrs, can be longer

Monday to Sunday

Working in all weather, full PPE provided for indoor and out door work.
