Full Time – Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) plus Saturdays (8.30am-12.00pm) on a rota basis

The Opportunity:
Assisting the Stockton Depot team, your responsibilities will include:
- Working in a retail sales environment processing cash and credit transactions
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge of the products
- Building customer relationships, dealing with product related queries in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service for customers
- Supporting colleagues with product knowledge and stock-related matters as part of promotional campaigns within the depot
- Providing a first class service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
The Person:
The successful person will:
- Preferably have an agricultural background
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
- Professionally support customers’ needs
- Preferably hold a RAMA qualification (training provided for the right candidate)
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
