Agreena is seeking an individual to fill the role of part-time data entry. This is a remote role to assist the in-field data collection team as part of ongoing sustainability projects, tracking regenerative agricultural practices in agrifood supply chains.
Responsibilities
- A remote role requiring no travel.
- Analysis of data collected via our team of data collectors, confirming type of tillage and vegetation present in photos.
- Entering tillage and vegetation data seen in photos collected via our team of data collectors in the field.
- Correctly identify what had occurred in a field based on the photos provided.
- Quality checking data entries to support the data operations team in the final handover of the project.
Requirements
- Experience working in agriculture to a level where you can reliably and confidently identify major crops and the type and intensity of tillage performed.
- Access to a computer and WIFI to review and enter the data.
- Attention to detail to maintain the high accuracy of data needed.
Timeline
- This work will take place from March 2023 to May 2023
- The work is flexible to your schedule as you can choose the number of hours and when you work, however, a minimum of 8 hours per week availability is preferred
Salary
- This is self-employed contract based work.
- Payment will be made per hour worked with targets being met.
- Pricing is £20.00 per hour.
