Mercury Holidays is a travel company based in Sevenoaks taking customers abroad for almost 40 years.
We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and agile environment, working within our cross-functional dev team to design, build and roll-out product solutions that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will embrace team collaboration, have great communication skills and a technical understanding of modern website development.
What you'll be doing

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented

Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget, scope, and timeline
- Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
- Utilise Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance
- Produce and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in project management role in a B2C retail/ecommerce environment (5 years +)
- Knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior critical thinking capabilities ideally with an understanding and/or hands-on experience of software development and web technologies

Excellent knowledge of JIRA and Agile SCRUM methodologies
- Good understanding of JSON, XML and Rest APIs
